Refund policy

Neulyte™ Return & Refund Policy (AU + EU + UK Compliant)

Because Neulyte™ is a consumable food product, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for any opened, used, or unsealed pouches except where required by law.

This policy complies with:
• Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
• EU Consumer Rights Directive (CRD)
• UK Consumer Rights Act (CRA)

These laws all allow exemptions for sealed consumable goods that cannot be returned once opened for health or hygiene reasons.


1. Change of Mind (AU / EU / UK)

Australia (ACL)
Change-of-mind returns are not required under Australian law for food products. However, we may accept a return if:
• the product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition, and
• the request is made within 14 days of delivery.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.

EU & UK (CRD / CRA)
EU and UK customers normally have a 14-day withdrawal right, but this does not apply to sealed goods not suitable for return once opened for health or hygiene reasons. Neulyte falls under this exemption.

We can accept a return only if:
• the product is unopened, sealed, unused, and
• the request is made within 14 days of delivery.

Customer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected.


2. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@neulyte.com with your order number and photos.

Once assessed, we will provide either a replacement or a refund.
If a return is required, we cover the return shipping cost.


3. Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:
• opened or unsealed pouches
• used product
• items damaged by the customer
• items returned without prior approval
• sale items (unless faulty)


4. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.


5. Lost or Stolen Parcels

We are not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the carrier.
